Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders may be delivered in one or more parts.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK Standard delivery is 2-4 working days. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery postage will be charged accordingly.

Please contact us for a price and delivery times.

Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer.

Info Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by products at the time of order not being available.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Info Cosmetics bears no risk once it has been dispatched.

Damaged Goods

Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if our Customer Service Team is notified on: sales@infocosmetics.co.uk and the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, as directed by our Customer Service Team.

If goods are signed for, the customer then bears the risk.

If you the customer feels that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

Acceptance of Goods

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified 'us' the seller that the goods are faulty (However this does not affect customer's statutory rights).

If no such action has been taken, Info Cosmetics shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.
